Who we are

Pixelmix is a small independent print shop operating from California, USA. You can reach us any time at hello@pixelmix.co.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal. Depending on how you use the site:

• If you contact us — your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• If you place an order — your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages. We never see or store your card number.
• If you just browse — we may collect aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics (pages viewed, rough country). These do not identify you individually and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

To answer your message, to take payment, to print and ship your order, and to tell you about a problem with that order. That's it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Who else touches it

• Stripe — processes payments and handles all card data. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Shipping carriers — receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.
• Our hosting provider — serves this website.

We disclose information beyond this only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept until they're no longer useful. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@pixelmix.co and we'll sort it out. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we'll honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
